        Yes. The pouch supports the whole body, the opening is soft and stretchy so there's no pressure on her neck, and she can climb out any time she wants.

        There's a horizontal zip across the front. Unzip it, your cat climbs into the pouch, and her head pops out through the round opening below. Zip it back down and she's tucked in against you.
